Who can use this app

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

What this app does

G-VE lets you create wishlists and share links so others can send you gifts. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details—Stripe handles all payment data.

G-VE Community Alerts

If you separately opt in, G-VE may send recurring community alerts and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to create an account or make a purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or contact us at reid@g-ve.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle mobile information and messaging consent.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at reid@g-ve.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use G-VE for fraud, money laundering, harassment, or any illegal activity. You may not create fake accounts, manipulate payments, or attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules.

Payments and refunds

All transactions are final unless there is a technical error on our end. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Stripe or your bank.

Our liability

We provide this service as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, including losses caused by outages, bugs, or third-party service failures (such as Stripe or Twilio). Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

No warranty

G-VE is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or work exactly as expected. We are not responsible for any loss of data, missed gifts, or failed transactions caused by outages, bugs, or circumstances outside our control.

Your responsibility for your actions

You are responsible for how you use G-VE. If your actions on the platform cause harm, loss, or legal liability to another user, a third party, or to us, you agree to cover any resulting costs, claims, or damages. We are not liable for what users do to each other on or through the platform.

Off-platform activity

G-VE is only responsible for what happens within the app. If a connection, transaction, or arrangement that started on G-VE leads to a dispute, harm, or loss outside the app—for example, through a separate payment, in-person meeting, or third-party service—we are not responsible for that outcome. Use good judgment when interacting with other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continuing to use G-VE after changes means you accept the updated terms.
